Ego motivation is a variety of self inspiration. You will say to your wellbeing that you have the chance to do better and sooner rather than later get whatever you need in your life. This internal enthusiasm will push you onward until you attain your set ambitions. You probably would not even be aware of any reward in the beginning but you keep working on it. You work on it basically because your inner strength says that you can reach your goals. This is your self command - the drive behind your ego motive.
